Fruit Harvest Practices

Freshness Preserved from Farm to Market

At TADCO, fruit is harvested and handled according to recognized quality standards, with trained teams following careful harvesting practices to protect fruit quality.

Immediately after harvest, the fruit is transferred to temperature-controlled cold storage for rapid cooling, helping preserve its freshness, quality, and natural characteristics.

We carefully monitor the cold chain from harvest through distribution, ensuring that product quality is maintained until it reaches the market.

From careful harvesting to controlled cooling and delivery, TADCO protects freshness every step of the way.

Post-Harvest Operations & Cold Chain

Our fruit is carefully handled from harvest through packing to preserve its freshness, quality, and natural characteristics. After pre-cooling, the fruit is sorted and packed using advanced electronic sorting and packing lines equipped with high-precision technology to grade the fruit by weight, size, diameter, and color, depending on the characteristics of each fruit variety.

Sorting and packing operations are carried out in temperature-controlled areas, helping maintain the cold chain and minimize the fruit’s exposure to temperature fluctuations during handling and packing.

A strictly controlled cold chain is also maintained throughout storage and transportation. Refrigerated trucks and temperature data-logging systems are used to continuously monitor conditions during transit, ensuring that our fruit reaches consumers fresh and at its best quality.
