A Heritage of Olive Cultivation & Innovation

The Tabuk region has a rich heritage of olive cultivation and olive oil production dating back to the early Islamic era. Building on this legacy, Tabuk Agricultural Development Company (TADCO) has played a pioneering role in developing the modern olive industry in Saudi Arabia.

In 1985, TADCO established Saudi Arabia's first olive oil press, marking a significant milestone in the Company's journey and contributing to the development of the Kingdom's olive oil sector.

Today, TADCO continues to build on this heritage by combining regional agricultural knowledge, modern farming practices, and advanced production capabilities to deliver high-quality olive products.

From heritage to innovation, TADCO continues to grow the legacy of Tabuk's olive industry and contribute to the future of Saudi agriculture.

Olive Processing

From Carefully Harvested Olives to Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

At TADCO, producing exceptional olive oil begins with harvesting the fruit at the optimal stage of ripeness. Olives are carefully selected when they develop the desired deep crimson color, helping achieve the right balance of flavor, aroma, and quality.

To preserve the natural characteristics of the fruit, the harvested olives are transported and processed as quickly as possible. Our extraction process is carefully controlled at temperatures not exceeding 27°C, supporting the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

Our Olive Oil Journey

Harvest → Crushing → Kneading → Separation → Filtration → Storage

-Careful Harvesting – Olives are harvested at the appropriate stage of maturity. -Gentle Crushing – The olives are crushed using specialized milling equipment. -Controlled Kneading – The olive paste is kneaded under controlled conditions to facilitate oil extraction. -Efficient Separation – A decanter separates the oil and water from the olive pomace. -Oil Separation – Specialized separators further separate and collect the olive oil. -Temperature Control – Processing temperatures are carefully maintained to protect the oil's natural qualities. -Protected Storage – The oil is stored in stainless-steel tanks under nitrogen to help preserve its freshness, aroma, color, and quality throughout the year.

This careful combination of timely harvesting, controlled extraction, modern technology, and protected storage helps TADCO preserve the natural character of its olive oil—from the orchard to the final product.

The result is a naturally balanced olive oil with a distinctive aroma, smooth character, and delicious flavor.
