Our Agricultural Business Units

To strengthen operational efficiency and ensure every crop is managed with clear accountability, TADCO is moving toward a specialized, project- and product-based agricultural management model.

Under this model, crop operations are organized into dedicated agricultural projects based on product and crop type, such as Wheat, Potatoes, Onions, Fodder, and other strategic crops aligned with the Company's agricultural plan and economic feasibility.

Each project is led by a dedicated Project Manager who is accountable for the complete performance of the assigned crop—from planning and production to cost, productivity, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities Include: Plan and manage crop production in line with the approved agricultural plan. Identify and manage operational, manpower, equipment, and resource requirements. Monitor production, productivity, quality, and operational costs. Prepare production plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance targets. Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Cost Management teams. Align production with market demand, customer requirements, and business opportunities. Measure each project independently based on productivity, cost, revenue, and profitability. Driving Performance Through Accountability
